What We Do
We are an African-led research and policy hub committed to improving health outcomes across the continent. We carry out rigorous studies in areas such as HIV prevention, sexual and reproductive health, maternal and child health, mental health integration and vaccine trials. Alongside producing evidence, we build the capacity of researchers and institutions through mentoring, training and partnerships. By working closely with governments, ministries and communities to translate findings into practical policies and programmes, we ensure that our work leads to tangible, lasting improvements in people’s lives.
